Patient Policies

Cancellations

Please call the office prior to your appointment to cancel. 24 hour notice is greatly appreciated. If you don’t show up for your appointment twice, you will be charged $40, for which you are responsible since insurance will not cover this fee.

Late Policy

We are committed to prompt service and will work very hard, barring emergencies, to stay on time. We may ask you to reschedule if you arrive for your appointment more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. Please try to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for your appointment to complete any paperwork associated with your visit.

Prescription Renewals

Please provide our office with at least 48 hours’ notice for all prescription refills. If you are asked to leave a message, always leave your full name, date of birth, name of the medicine(s) and dosage, as well as a contact number to return your call.
