The OB/GYN practice at Uinta Medical Group will close effective Dec. 30, 2024. It has been an honor to care for the moms and babies in this community.

The following OB/GYN providers will continue to provide services until Dec. 30:

• Jeffrey Bray, MD
• Javier Hernandez, MD
• Byrke Beller, MD

Please know that we remain dedicated to your health and well-being. Our team is committed to supporting you through this transition, and we will work closely with patients requiring an obstetric provider after Dec. 30, 2024, to ensure a smooth transition to another OB/GYN provider of their choice. Primary care providers with Uinta Medical Group will continue to offer women’s health services, including:

• Annual Well-Woman Exams, including Pelvic & Breast Exams
• Contraception & Family Planning, including IUD & Nexplanon Insertion
• Treatment for Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs)
• Hormone Testing
• Menopause Care & Hormone Replacement Therapy
• Referrals for Imaging

The following providers will provide women’s health, including annual visits and hormone treatments:

• Richard England, MD, family medicine and sports medicine
• Carol Kavanaugh, DO, internal medicine
• Sunny Kaste, FNP
• Christa Weaver, FNP
